David Zide, Owner
David initially served as a title representative in the real estate community before becoming an underwriter representative. He has built an extensive industry network and pioneered marketing for land surveying firms during his tenure as an underwriter rep. Joining Landtec in 2019, first as the marketing director, he played a crucial role in the company's growth. David was promoted to President in January 2022 and now holds an ownership position.James G. Peden, Jr., P.S.M.
(Florida Licensed Surveyor #6122) has over 30 years experience in the surveying industry. He has worked on thousands of projects in the office and field for both William G. Wallace, Inc. and Wallace Surveying Corporation. He has headed all field operations, field personnel and multiple construction site surveys for this company for the past 15 years and has been a licensed surveyor since 2000.Robert J. Cajal, P.S.M.
(Florida Licensed Surveyor #6266) has over 30 years experience in the survey industry. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising. He has worked on thousands of projects both in the office and the field for Wallace Surveying Corporation since 1986. He has been a licensed surveyor for the past 16 years. His vast knowledge of local flora has proved invaluable when performing tree identification surveys.Sean Wallace
Sean has over 12 years experience in the surveying industry working for Wallace Surveying Corporation. He is currently a CAD technician with 4+ years of CAD Mapping Software experience.
